I am a seasoned operations professional with a passion for driving strategic changes and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

With a sharp technical acumen and a passion for technology, I have spent years determining best solutions based on business needs. While I tend to be a nerd first; I have a passion for people.

RJOps exists as a result of passion for helping others and a desire to provide simple, easy to use, and customizable data solutions. At RJOps we strive to show that simplicity and user experience should be at the forefront of business solutions. While data dashboards are incredibly useful, they can easily be overly complicated and drive users away from leveraging them. I have used my professional experience getting to know HOW teams leverage data and diving into WHY a solution was created before redesigning the solution to fit a particular business need.

Founder and Lead Consultant

I created RJOps as a way to showcase my skills, experience, and give a tangible place to see data solutions, data dashboards, as well as test integrations of various PMO software.

2020 – 2022

AndoverBio

Head of Information Technology and Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities included building the AndoverBio webpage, creating a dozen employee access profiles and protocols in Azure, creating an order management system, implementing VOIP service, and establishing secure communications with manufacturing partners.

Assistant Vice President

I began as a co-op employee at State Street Bank & Trust during my time at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I slowly rose from a co-op role to an Assistant Vice President over 9 years leveraging my skill set to implement multiple organizational win’s over the years and across various departments.
